Doctor and Rose | We Own the Sky Trailer

A Love that goes through time and space…

The Doctor after going through a devastating war, goes out and saves people’s lives when Kazran confronts him about love, The Doctor remembers Rose. A few years ago during the Time War II, Rose and the Doctor fall in love while fighting the evil forces of the universe. Rose tries her best to fight back but under difficult circumstances the Doctor became trapped. Rose goes into the TARDIS feeling useless when the TARDIS speaks out to her saying there’s a way to win this and save the Doctor. Rose saves the Doctor but at a price, she went through the time vortex through her own time back to Earth. The Doctor goes and sees her, the meet at a beach in Wales, and he tells her that she won’t remember him after this. She said she will try to but the Doctor shakes his head and says “No, your mind is going to prevent that, the TARDIS gave us a chance but at a cost. You’ll soon forget our adventures and…” “…and what?” “You’ll just forget me.” Meaning not only just him but her love for him. He tells this to everyone else before by going through their pasts and saying that this day that Rose wanted to meet again must happen. He gets chance encounters with Rose knowing that he shouldn’t, she won’t remember him. Soon the Doctor sees Mickey and he tells him that Rose wrote a book that he should read. The Doctor reads it finding out that it’s their stories all along. The book is called ‘We Own the Sky”. The Doctor though his book read thinks back to the past with it up until the time they split apart. He sees Rose one last time and departs not knowing that Rose hears that familiar sound of the engines. Rose’s memories come back through Bad Wolf running through her veins and she gets to call him on last time. He looks at her then strokes her chin as she tears up knowing that it’s her Doctor, not some character on a book she wrote. They kiss and that’s the end of the film.
